Match Report
Dulwich College U15A vs  Harrow School
On: Saturday, 23 Sep 2017
Venue: at Home

Dulwich U15 A's produced an excellent performance against a good Harrow side who never gave up.

With Harrow arriving late, the opening exchanges were always going to be difficult for them but nothing could have prepared them for pace and engery with which Dulwich coming flying out of the blocks. A stunning opening 15 minutes saw Dulwich score 3 superb tries before Harrow got hold of the game and began making an impression on the Dulwich defence. A series of penalties gave Harrow a chance to score just on half time but Dulwich showed the same energy and passion in defence and from a turnover on their own line went the length of the pitch to score leaving the home side 24-0 up at Half-Time.

the second half began with Dulwich once again on top although Harrow were far more resolute in defence forcing a number of errors as Dulwich pressed for another score. Harrow then scored against the run of play but it was no more than their defensive effort deserved. Dulwich then scored two tries in quick succession before Harrow had the last say in a pulsating encounter.

Plenty to work on, the coaches will have concerns over the number of penalties conceded, before a tough week with the National Cup game on Wednesday v Emmanuel and then a trip to Brighton on Saturday.
