On: Wednesday, 21 Nov 2018
Venue: at Home

TRIES: Fitzgibbon 2, Affleck, K-Fox, Marshall 2, Maw, Scarf, Rigby, MacColl

CONS: Maw, K-Fox, Marshall

Finally, the team clicked and it brought about a resounding win over a useful Kingham Hill outfit. The squad came out looking the part in the red and grey first XV alternate kit and played some of the best rugby that they will have ever played in a school shirt. Fitzgibbon looked dangerous at the back of the scrum, going over for two early tries. He later went off with an injury only to be replaced by Scarf who helped himself to a try as well after excellent support play. Rigby, captaining the side in the absence of Lockhart, crossed the line as well, with the industrious MacColl completing the scoring to round things off nicely. There are too many to mention but Maw was back to his best, and Din once again controlled the scrum and the back line to ensure the victory was a comprehensive one. Communication and support was excellent and it bodes well going in to the last three fixtures.
