Match Report
Tonbridge School 1st XI vs  Ardingly College
On: Tuesday, 31 Jan 2017
Venue: at Home

This feeling of deja vu is not great as once again we lose to a very decent side we have dominated for much of the match, though this time we conceded a hatful of goals in the process.

Great early passing led to lots of chances and but for the heroics of their keeper the 2-0 lead might have been so much more. On one of their first circle entries we conceded a short. The resulting goal gave them a lift which lasted all too long. So 2-1 at half time again could have been more as early pressure in the second half created chances. However they hit us with speed and strong direct play on the counter scoring three more goals. We spent the last quarter camped at their end but with little to show. A wonder solo goal from Dan gave us hope in the dying minutes but they saw out time.
