An entertaining Intermediate House tournament produced some exciting moments. Stafford beat Lincoln in game one, thanks to a productive partnership between Josh Galloway and Kiarmid Ghanbari. Clare always looked comfortable against Lincoln in game two, and with only 55 runs to get, the Clare batsmen were able to achieve this with five overs to spare. Paul Harrison and Matthew Whitehead were the in - form Clare batsmen.

In the final game between Stafford and Clare, Clare batted first and set a huge total of 115 off ten overs. Matthew Whitehead scoring 28 and James Brown scoring 25 not out. Stafford lost early wickets and never managed to get into their stride, losing by 50 runs.
