U10 Boys & Girls 0.7 Miles
U11 Boys & Girls 1.1 Miles
U12 Boys & Girls 1.4 Miles
U13 Boys & Girls 1.8 Miles
SCHEDULE:
Please arrive in plenty of time to register your teams and for pupils to get
familiar with surroundings and course layout. Please report to race
headquarters on arrival to register your school. There will not be an official
walk through but the enclosed map and the well marked course will enable
you to walk the course on your own.
Please keep clear of the route during races

? Race 2 (U9 Boys) 1.55pm
? Race 3 (U10 Girls) 2.05pm
? Race 4 (U10 Boys) 2.15pm
? Race 5 (U11 Girls) 2.25pm
? Race 6 (U11 Boys) 2.35pm
? Race 7 (U12 Girls) 2.45pm
? Race 8 (U12 Boys) 2.55pm
? Race 9 (U13 Girls) 3.05pm
? Race 10 (U13 Boys) 3.15pm
? Team Presentations 3.25pm
Start times are approx and some races may even start ahead of schedule so please
ensure your teams are at the start in plenty of time. We will not be able to wait for
any teams or individuals
RULES:
? Age Groupings are based on a child being under U13, U12, U11, U10 + U9
on September 1st 2011.
? 6 boy’s entries and 6 girl’s entries are permitted in each age group. The best
5 results will contribute towards the team’s final standing.
? Spiked footwear is permitted.

TEAM SHEETS
Please return the form attached so we can put all the information into the computer.
If you need to make changes nearer the time then please let me know ahead of the
day or when you arrive at registration.
PARKING:
Please return the form indicating what transport you will be arriving in as soon as
possible. Please leave plenty of time as some of the parking maybe on fields and
other areas which are not on the main drive as normal. There will be different car
parks for cars, minibuses and coaches so please listen to instructions and read the
signs on arrival.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please ensure all competitors bring warm clothing to wear before and after their
races. Please bring waterproofs, umbrellas etc in case of wet weather. There will be
no indoor dry facilities available. Be prepared for lots of mud!
FINISH:
At the finish competitors will be funnelled towards the finish marquee where they
will give their name and school details. They will then be able to pick up a cup of
soup and roll before heading back to the competitors area.
RESULTS:
1st – 10th place medals will be awarded to competitors as they finish their race.
There will be a presentation as soon as possible after the final race where team
positions and team awards will be presented. If appropriate we will attempt to
present some team awards between races once results have been calculated.

Snappers photography will be taking official photographs so please pick up the

SPORTS COMPANIES:
A few companies may be joining us and displaying their goods so please inform
parents and pupils. It would be kind if you could notify parents and pupils that it
might be worth bringing along some money.
We look forward to seeing you all on the 10th. Please send back the transport form
and team sheet as soon as possible and remember that the first race will start at
1.45pm prompt whether you have arrived or not!
