The school has been very privileged to have had Matthew Coombes helping with the coaching of hockey throughout the school since September. His valuable playing/coaching experience has seen numerous boys develop their skills.

He recently received a surprise call up into the full South African hockey squad for the forthcoming Olympics. Whilst Matt admits he is more likely to feature in four years’ time, the boys have appreciated everything he has done in their training sessions and we all would like to wish him good luck for London 2012.
