Match Report
King's College, Taunton Girls- 3's vs  Canford School
On: Saturday, 23 Sep 2017
Venue: Away

A real game of two halves: King's dominated the first 20 minutes with Gemma Bulbulian strong in defence, Molly Vellacott dynamic in midfield and the forwards all making good runs. Molly scored a deserved goal after sustained pressure on the Canford goal and there were chances to increase the lead that just didn't go in. With 12 seconds of the half remaining Canford broke forward and equalised. The second half saw Canford increase their strength in tackles and they started to play round King's defence. Despite Loveday Hedgcock making some good saves, the opposition scored five times. King's didn't give up, with Georgia Hilton impressing in midfield and Emily Hardwick strong at left back. A few chances to reduce the deficit came and went, and the score doesn't truly reflect how well the girls played.
