Match Report
King's College, Taunton 2nd XV vs  Colston's School
On: Saturday, 30 Sep 2017
Venue: at Home

Kings College 2nds V’s Colston’s 2nds 19 - 5

After a wonderful team performance Kings dominated a weakened Colston’s team. A fluid first half performance resulted in tries by Dylan Ker and Ben Mills converted by Bertie Williams. The half time score of 12 – 0 highlighted the competitive edge to the game.

Both teams began the second half nervously but it was Kings who used minor mistakes to their advantage, punishing the Colston’s defence with attack upon attack and with the words of Scrappy Doo (Matt Bullman) echoing across the pitch the Dogs of War were finally getting into their stride.

The 2nd XV is built upon team work and with players like Ed Hunt, Charlie Smith and the talisman that is Toby Glazebrook the foundations are immense! Everyone is working hard; displaying a true altruistic streak and I thank everyone.

Man of the Match – Dylan Ker

Tries – Dylan Ker (2), Ben Mills

Cons – Bertie Williams (2)
