Malvern College has an established tradition in Sport considering it to be an integral part of an excellent all-round education. Physical Education and Sport enjoy a high profile in the school and we provide quality excellent facilities, coaching and appropriate sporting pathways for all pupils to develop – whether they be beginners or perform at the highest level.

In October 2009 we opened our new state-of-the-art sports complex and function suite which provides us with a whole range of top-class sporting facilities: an eight lane Cricket Centre (Worcestershire CCC Academy & Indoor School), Fitness Suite, 25m six lane Swimming Pool, Shooting Range, Squash Courts, Climbing Wall and Dance Studio. This has augmented our range of facilities which also include: extensive playing fields; sand-dressed Astroturf pitch; 18 Tennis courts; 4 Fives courts and 2 Rackets courts.

Sports scholarships are available for boys and girls at 13+ entry. Candidates will be able to enjoy visiting our beautiful school and be expected to demonstrate proficiency in their chosen sports.

Ideally we are looking for candidates who excel in two or more sports, although excellence in individual sports is also considered.
