Welcome to the Aldro Rugby Sevens Tournament

We are delighted to welcome you all to the 21st Aldro Rugby Sevens Tournament. We feel great pride in having reached this milestone and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all the schools who have supported this event over the years. Without you the Aldro Sevens would not be possible.

We are delighted to welcome two new schools to the Tournament; City of London, Freeman's and Crosfields. We hope you enjoy the afternoon and we look forward to having you involved for the next 20 years!

As ever we anticipate another Tournament full of action, skill and excitement played in a competitive but sportsman like spirit. This is a true symbol of what sport is all about and we are delighted that all the schools participating are strong advocates of this philosophy.

Sport plays a huge role here at Aldro and indeed in the lives of all our boys. Our sporting aims continue to remain clear, perceptible and evident in all aspects of our physical education programme.

• We strongly promote enjoyment and a sense of fun through participation in all sports whilst endeavouring to improve skill levels and an understanding of the values that are the backbone of team sports.
• We actively encourage participation and strive to breed a desire to be active and healthy.
• We work extremely hard to develop sportsmanship and an overall understanding of both winning and losing in order to develop well rounded young men.

The archive currently contains 196 fixtures featuring 50 teams from 15 schools over 3 seasons.

If your School uses FixturesPRO, and once the draw is announced, you will see the competition's fixtures listed in your School's dedicated sports website, with start times, location maps and the results as they happen. The results will automatically appear as the competition progresses and the School can also upload reports and points scorers as well as your team's colours using Team Kit Builder.
