Never type a Team Sheet ever again!

Team Sheet Builder allows the selection of players from respective year group pick lists and from previously selected player lists, rather than having to manually create Word or other document formats and re-key every time. Once pupils have been selected for a particular team they are available for selection for subsequent matches and players can be rapidly re-arranged on the team sheet using drag and drop.

Team sheets can also be prepared in advance and then published on the day that team selection is to be announced. Team sheets can include special instructions, such as team meeting and return times or more venue details, and these can be emailed to parents or downloaded and printed for school notice boards.

When published, links to team sheets can be found in the main sports calendar and in each team’s respective fixtures and results listings on the school's dedicated sports website. Fixture details and team sheet links will also be synchronised and appear in personal calendars on PCs and mobile devices if connected. This is helpful for parents, particularly those with several children at the school, needing to see at a glance where and when their offspring are playing.

Team Sheet Builder also provides powerful reporting tools such as:

• Pupil Participation Statistics, which is useful for end-of-year reports.
• Weekly Sports Programme, providing a complete overview of what's on.

Keep everyone in school tuned in to Big Screen.

Big Screen has been specifically designed to fit on HD TVs and screens with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 and will refresh automatically every 10 minutes to show the latest information you upload from your FixturesPRO control panel. Big Screen can also be customized to align with your school colours and branding.

Any changes to team selection or venues, meet times, changing rooms and kick off times etc made via your FixturesPRO control panel are available instantly on your Big Screen, saving time compared with the old methods of publishing team sheets and the sports programme and keeping these up-to-date. Big Screens are “self managing” in this respect, requiring the usual day-to-day attention and maintenance a normal PC or wide screen TV requires once connected to an internet feed.

Big Screen includes two screens variations. These are:

• During the Week Big Screen shows the upcoming weekly programme on the left hand side of the screen, scrolling through several pages if the sports programme is long) and your selected “Todays Teams” appear on the right hand side of the screen, scrolling right to left.
• At Weekends Big Screen automatically changes the left hand side of the screen to show a Welcome message for visiting opponents and information, such as the changing room locations, pitch and opponent team kit and colours.

The cost of Big Screen is £375 to setup and £20 per annum hosting. This does not include the cost of the wide screen HD TV or installation (!). The cost might also vary a little dependent on your custom requirements. Big Screen requires the Team Sheet Builder module, which is included in the price and needed to drive Today’s Teams and other Big Screen features, such as changing room allocations, Teacher in Charge etc.
